We offer a 30-day return policy for all RHINOSHIELD products to ensure you are completely satisfied with your device's protection. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in new condition to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Return Center and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Securely place the product in its original retail packaging and include all accessories to ensure the return is processed without delays.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then attach it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship your replacement within 5 business days.
